Step 1: Send new user invitation
You can invite others to gain access to your Seller Central account from the User Permissions tab under the Settings dropdown. These invited users sign into your account with their own logins, so you can safeguard your own login information.
To send a new user invite, follow these steps:
- Sign in to your Seller Central account.
- On the Settings menu, click User Permissions.
- Enter the name and email of who you want to add, and click Send Invitation.
Step 2: Grant user permissions
After our team logs into your account, you will be able to grant additional permissions which are necessary in order to assist you further.
To grant permissions, follow these steps:
- Sign in to your Seller Central account.
- On the Settings menu, click User Permissions.
- Click on Manage permissions
- Select the following permissions and save:
- Inventory: View & Edit all
- Orders: Manage Orders: view
- Settings: Seller Configuration: view, Shipping Settings: view
